Whose is the Statue of Liberty?

Miss Liberty was presented to our country on July 4., 1884.

But we cannot rate this as her birthday. She was presented in Paris as a gift from the French people   and she is the biggest statue ever made. It took time to bring her to America and set her up in her new home. The big job was finished in the year 1886 and we can count her birthdays from the day she was dedicated to be the proud symbol of our liberty,
